Professional Statement
Dr. Goldberg has been practicing medicine in the Weston and Pembroke Pines communities since 1994. He grew up in Plantation, Florida, attended Tulane University, Nova Southeastern University (NSU) College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Dr. Goldberg feels fortunate to have been able to move back to and become active in the community in which he was raised. He is a member of the medical staff at Memorial Hospital West where he has served as department chief of Ob/Gyn for four years, secretary/treasurer of the medical staff for two years and vice chief of staff for three years. He is currently of chief of staff at Memorial Hospital West.
Board certified, Dr. Goldberg holds several academic appointments including assistant professor at NSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. He earned a prestigious award for saving a life at Memorial Hospital West. Dr. Goldberg resides in Weston with his wife, Amy, and their two sons. He is an avid cyclist and often rides in events geared to raise awareness of women’s health issues and raise funds for charitable organizations.
